The Education Administration is one of Mjölby Municipality's six administrations, responsible for preschool, primary school, secondary school, adapted primary and secondary school, and adult education. With around 1000 employees, we offer education that promotes all children and students in lifelong learning and work towards the direction of "high academic results in a school where everyone can and wants to be." We place great importance on working closely with the operations through regular dialogue and support to school leaders and teachers based on the governance chain.

Veta School is a K-6 school on the outskirts of Mantorp. Here, approximately 200 students and 30 staff meet daily. There are two after-school departments, Guldkulan and Silverkulan. At Veta School, we work for the students, so they can become their best selves for the future ahead.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of a teaching assistant involves working as a support person for students throughout the school day, both in teaching, between classes (e.g., during breaks, in the cafeteria), and in the after-school program. You collaborate with the school's various professionals to support and stimulate the student's learning and development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a 3-year upper secondary education in the Child and Leisure Program or vocational training as a teaching assistant.

Vocational training as a teaching assistant is an advantage. Experience in a similar role is also an advantage.

A B driver's license is an advantage.
